Working with the bride and groom

We work with you (bride and groom) and the reception co-ordinator to make sure that all of the fine details are taken care of - leaving you to enjoy your special day.

Running sheet

The band will need to be provided with a running sheet for the day to co-ordinate loading in, sound check and starting and finishing times. Special moments during the night such as toasts, speeches, cutting of the cake and dances should be listed.

* Please note that a typical setup and sound check for the band will take around 2 hours.
